Yes, Auto Stop have Loan Cars available for our customers. They are free but we ask that you replaced the fuel you have used. It is important that you book them in advance so let us know when you make a booking.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

No.  There is no requirement under the Australian Consumer Law for a vehicle to be serviced by an authorized dealer in order for the consumer guarantees and manufacturer’s warranty to apply, provided the service is in accordance with the specified requirements and performed by a qualified mechanic or service centre. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

No, you don't need your log book as we have all the log book service schedules for any new vehicles we service.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?

Yes you can receive a digital report or a printed copy with all the details on the service and if we have found any issues that need to be fixed or monitored.

How long will the service take?

Depends on what is due on your vehicles log book service. We can give you an estimate when you book in your vehicle.

When are you Open?

Auto Stop workshop in Salisbury is open early each day from 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Weekends closed.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

Anytime, we have secure key drop off boxes.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Can I collect my car after hours?

Can you pick up my car from home?

If you are in the local area, then yes, we can arrange to collect your car from home.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

If you are in the local area then yes we can arrange to drop you home or to work. Please let us know at time of booking.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then contact us immediately. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

You can receive an sms reminder (let us know you would like this) or keep an eye on the service sticker on your windscreen.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?

Yes, let us know when you book in a repair that you would like this done. This will save you time.

How do I book in a Service?
